Composition
From the 2008 Series 8 Energy C collection. Lime, bergamot and green lemon open onto water jasmine, tea rose and lily, settling on musk, cedar and white amber. A sparkling, aquatic-leaning citrus.
Morning. To me this is lime juice squeezed over a cutting board before the day starts — not the sweet nimbu pani kind, the sharp green kind that stings your eyes a little. Bergamot and green lemon keep it bright while water jasmine drifts through like steam off a fresh cup of chai. It's the smell of a kitchen window thrown open, someone humming, sunlight doing its thing. Later it settles into clean white musk and soft cedar, like a freshly ironed shirt. Nothing here demands attention. It just makes everything around it feel awake. Beginner-friendly.
