Lavender, grapefruit, lemon, lime, bergamot, mandarin orange, rosemary, thyme and litsea cubeba open into violet, jasmine, jasmine sambac, geranium and ylang-ylang, over iris, musk, cedar, moss, juniper berries, vetiver, sandalwood, galbanum, benzoin, labdanum and vanilla.
Scent story
To me this is the ocean as imagined by someone who has never been seasick. Lavender, grapefruit, lemon, lime, bergamot, rosemary, thyme, a whole herb garden of freshness crashing like waves, litsea cubeba adding a lemongrass-like brightness that makes the whole opening fizz. Violet, jasmine and geranium bloom in the heart, then iris, musk, cedar, moss and vetiver dry it down to something clean and endless, the thyme and rosemary keeping it herbal and windswept, never soapy. It is aromatic, citrus, marine-adjacent, the freshest thing Roja makes. Pure, bracing, joyful. Beginner-friendly.
