The perfumer recreated the fragrance of the New Dawn rose, collected at dawn, dressed with mandarin and bergamot. A veil of cotton musk completes this fresh, joyful hybrid of rose and citrus fruits.

To me this smells like a rose picked at dawn before the sun touches it — bergamot and mandarin sparkling first, all citrus dew, and then the New Dawn rose itself: fresh, joyful, pink as morning, wrapped in a veil of cotton musk so soft it feels like a handkerchief. Christophe Raynaud recreated a single rose at dawn, and it's the happiest rose in perfumery — no thorns, no powder, just light. Simplicity done perfectly. Raynaud's New Dawn rose is the rare rose with no agenda — just joy, citrus, and air. Beginner-friendly.
