Composition
A lighter, airier interpretation of the Flower by Kenzo signature. Mandarin opens over parma violet and Damask rose, drying down to white musk and Madagascar vanilla. Softer and more translucent than the eau de parfum.
To me this is dawn in a Mughal garden — mandarin catching the first light, parma violet and Damask rose still wet with dew, and white musk trailing behind like the hem of something pale. The Madagascar vanilla is barely there, just a whisper of sweetness in the petals. The parma violet is powdery and a little old-fashioned, like a grandmother's handkerchief, and the Damask rose is fresh-cut — together they smell like every beautiful morning you have ever had. The airiest of the Flowers: powder, petals, and morning air. It smells like the day before anything goes wrong. Beginner-friendly.
