The 2019 Angel Eau de Toilette replaces the 2011 version with a more youthful, fresh and fruity interpretation of Angel. It opens with peony and mandarin orange, develops into praline, apple and red berries, and settles on patchouli, white woods and cedar. Presented in a standing star flacon that captures and diffracts light.
Scent story
This is Angel after a cold shower — the 2019 EDT takes the original's drama and gives it a younger, fresher face. Peony and mandarin open bright and juicy, like biting into a hill-station apple while someone peels a santra nearby. The heart is all praline and red berries, that familiar gourmand hug, but lighter, airier, like the difference between cake and a fruit tart. The patchouli and cedar are still there in the base, keeping it grounded, but this version floats. It is the Angel you can wear to college without clearing the classroom. Beginner-friendly.
