Composition
Angel Eau Sucrée is a sorbet-like summer interpretation of Angel, sweeter and lighter than the original. It opens with a burst of red berries, moves into a meringue heart, and settles on a base of vanilla and patchouli. The composition keeps Angel's gourmand signature but in a fresh, dessert-like register.
To me this is a summer afternoon at a Paris patisserie — red berries macerated in sugar, a tower of meringues on the counter, and that thick vanilla-patchouli warmth rising off the display case. It is Angel with the volume turned down and the sugar turned up: no dark corners, just sorbet, cream, and candied fruit. The meringue keeps it light as air, and the patchouli underneath stops the sugar from ever turning childish — this is dessert with a backbone. Pure dessert in a bottle. One spray and you smell like the happiest corner of a sweet shop. Beginner-friendly.
