Scent story

To me this smells like a walled garden in Grasse at midnight, when the tuberose is at its most dangerous. Cardamom, clove, pink pepper and black pepper open like a spice market after dark — hot, crackling, almost aggressive — and then the tuberose blooms through it all, creamy and narcotic, the way white flowers smell when they're trying to be noticed by moths. Orange blossom, ylang-ylang and green mango swirl around it. Broom, musk, vanilla, sandalwood and benzoin warm the base into something golden and heavy. It is a glorious, heady, unapologetic white floral — the kind that enters a room before you do. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
