Composition
The 2015 intense eau de parfum of the L'Eau Kenzo line. Juicy red apple opens over lotus, lily and peony, with a patchouli base. Sensual, feminine and deeper than the original.
To me this smells like biting into a cold red apple beside a lotus pond. The apple is juicy and crisp, juice on the lips, and then the florals rise — lotus serene and watery, lily bright, peony soft and blushing — like petals scattered on still water. The patchouli underneath is dark and earthy, a shadow in the pond, giving the whole thing a depth the original L'Eau never had. Sensual but effortless, the kind of scent that gets remembered without trying. Beginner-friendly.
