Pink Flamingos by Prada is a floral fruity fragrance launched in 2015 as part of the ten-piece Olfactories collection by perfumer Daniela Andrier. It opens with a citrus burst of bergamot, lime and lemon, leading into a heart of cherry, Japanese rose, iris, raspberry, rose and peach. The dry-down is soft and powdery, built on violet, white musk, vanilla and Iso E Super. Prada describes it as an imaginary fantasy of fluorescent pink flowers, a cloud of pink bubbles.
Scent story
To me this is a flamingo lagoon at golden hour — absurdly pink, absurdly joyful. Bergamot, lime and lemon fizz over the water like soda, and then the heart arrives: cherry and raspberry, Japanese rose, a slice of peach, black currant darkening the edges. It smells like the best fruit tart you've ever had, eaten with your fingers. The dry-down is all softness — violet and iris powder, white musk, a whisper of vanilla. It never takes itself seriously, and that's the point. This is a perfume for people who laugh loudly and mean it. Beginner-friendly.
