To me this is sunrise on a Goan beach, the first twenty minutes. Frangipani and jasmine open soft and tropical, lemon and bergamot cutting through like light through palm leaves, and then ylang and osmanthus and heliotrope warm it up — creamy, golden, a little drowsy. White rose keeps it fresh, like a breeze off the water. Coconut milk and sandalwood dry it down into something lactonic and smooth, skin after sunscreen. It smells like the best morning of a holiday. Gentle, glowing, impossible to dislike. Beginner-friendly.
