Composition
Burberry Brit Sheer was launched in 2007, created by Emilie Coppermann as a lighter interpretation of Brit for Women. Litchi, yuzu, pineapple leaf and mandarin open over a heart of peony, peach blossom and pear, with white musk and white woods at the base. It is fresher and more transparent than the original Brit.
This is the smell of a Sunday morning with the windows open. Litchi and yuzu sparkle like cold juice, mandarin peel on the breakfast table, peony and peach blossom drifting in from the garden. The white musk underneath is just clean skin and fresh cotton, with pale woods like a newly varnished floor. It does not try to impress anyone. It just smells like being happy and slightly sunlit. The pineapple leaf adds a green, almost grassy freshness under the fruit — like the crown of the pineapple, still growing. It smells like the lightest possible happiness. Beginner-friendly.
