To me this smells like a candy shop that only sells the real stuff — peach, blood orange and cardamom bright, juicy and a little wild. Give it a few minutes and cognac, jasmine, davana and heliotrope rise, gentle but impossible to ignore. The heliotrope keeps peeking through, deepening by the minute. The drydown is all vanilla, benzoin, sandalwood, tonka bean, cashmeran, patchouli and labdanum, smooth and resinous. It is pure rain on a tin roof — nothing more, nothing less.
