Composition
A tobacco-and-vanilla eau de parfum from Paris Corner's Pendora Scents line. It opens on sweet tobacco leaf with spices, moves into a heart of tonka bean, tobacco flower, vanilla and cocoa, and dries down on a dry-fruit accord over woods.
To me this smells like sitting in a cigar lounge where someone is also baking nearby — tobacco leaf in the first breath, dry and a little leathery, spices curling off it like smoke from a slow ember. Then the tobacco flower opens, softer and sweeter, and the vanilla and cocoa roll in like warm pastry. Dried fruit and woods at the base give it that sticky, resinous glow — like the bottom of a rum bottle. It is sweet and cozy, the kind of scent that makes a cold evening feel like a decision. Beginner-friendly.
