Composition
Sauvage Eau de Parfumby Dioris a Amber Fougere fragrance for men.Sauvage Eau de Parfumwas launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is François Demachy. Top note is Bergamot; middle notes are Sichuan Pepper, Lavender, Star Anise and Nutmeg; base notes are Ambroxan and Vanilla.
The same desert DNA as the original, but at dusk — the bergamot and pepper are rounder, the lavender deeper, the ambroxan glowing warmer and longer. Everything here is smoother, more velvet, like the same landscape seen in golden hour. To me it smells like driving through open country with the windows down, the day's heat still in the air. If the EDT is the spark, this is the slow burn. A safe blind buy for most people.
