Scent story
The opening is a shock — violet leaf green and metallic, like hot petrol on a garage floor, flowers growing through the cracks. Nutmeg and cedar warm it into something smoky and strange, and the leather base settles like a worn jacket that has seen things. To me it smells like dusk at a racetrack in 1988, engines cooling, honeysuckle fighting the fumes. There is nothing else like it, and that's exactly the problem for some noses. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
