Rhodanthe is a rose in full imperial dress: sparkling pear and clove give way to a jammy Bulgarian rose laced with saffron, raspberry and black tea, then oud and patchouli deepen it into something dark and velvety. The 2019 version is smoother and richer than the 2014 original. Beginners: bold but beautifully blended — sample a few times before committing.
