Composition
A fruity-gourmand eau de parfum for women from Maison Alhambra. Mandarin orange, bergamot and grapefruit open fresh and invigorating, orange blossom, raspberry and blackcurrant sweeten the heart, and whipped cream, marshmallow, musk and ambrette form the indulgent base.
To me this smells like a dessert counter at a wedding where the bride has excellent taste. Mandarin, bergamot and grapefruit sparkling like a welcome drink, raspberry and blackcurrant jewel-bright, orange blossom floating over everything — and then the whipped cream and marshmallow arrive, clouds of sweetness you could fall asleep in. Musk and ambrette keep it soft as a cashmere blanket. It is unapologetically girly and proud of it — the perfume equivalent of twirling in a new dress. Beginner-friendly.
