Composition
Rose 01 is a 2021 unisex Extrait de Parfum from Swiss Arabian in the Heritage Series (originally the WAAW Heritage line), created by perfumer Jean-Louis Sieuzac. A Floral Woody Musk built on litchi, bergamot and pink pepper over Bulgarian rose, peony and nutmeg, with a musk-vanilla-cashmeran base. A modern, musky rose — luminous and fruity rather than dark.
A rose for people who think they don't like rose. Litchi and bergamot make the opening juicy and sparkling — almost tropical — then Bulgarian rose and peony arrive soft and velvety, never powdery-old-fashioned. The dry-down is all clean musk, golden vanilla and cashmeran: smooth, modern, a little soapy in the best way. It smells expensive and effortless, the kind of rose that works in a Mumbai boardroom as well as a Dubai dinner. Created by Jean-Louis Sieuzac, a master of elegant florals. Beginners: very safe blind buy — this is the friendliest rose in the Swiss Arabian catalog.
