Composition
A Girl in Capri, launched in 2019 and composed by Sophie Labbé, is a citrus Eau de Toilette from Lanvin inspired by a sun-drenched summer on the island of Capri. Italian lemon, bergamot and pink pepper lead into grapefruit blossom and marine notes over driftwood, white musk and amber.
This is a postcard from Capri in scent form — Primofiore lemon and bergamot sparkling like sunlight on the sea, a dash of pink pepper for mischief, then grapefruit blossom and salty sea breeze carrying you across the water. The driftwood and white musk drydown is like warm skin after a day at the beach: subtle, graceful, sun-kissed. In India's long hot season this is liquid relief — made for daytime, holidays and Goa trips, refreshing without ever smelling synthetic-cheap. Very beginner-friendly — light, cheerful citrus-marine that anyone can wear anywhere in summer.
