Scent story

To me this smells like Ibn Battuta's saddlebag — raspberry and saffron first, sweet and leathery-spiced like dried fruit in a bazaar, pink pepper crackling like hot sand. Then the leather: worn, animalic, sun-baked, softened by iris powder and cedar shavings. Vanilla and musk underneath make it dangerously wearable, like the journey home after the adventure. A spice-bazaar leather — sweet, animalic, adventurous. It smells like stories you'd tell for years. Fabrice Pellegrin named it for the Arabic word for journey and dedicated it to Ibn Battuta — it earns the name. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
