Dolce Vita by Dior is a women's Oriental Woody fragrance launched in 1994 and sold as an Eau de Toilette. It opens with peach, cardamom, lily, grapefruit, bergamot and rose, moves through a heart of cinnamon, apricot, Brazilian rosewood, lily, heliotrope and magnolia, and finishes on vanilla, sandalwood, cedar and coconut.
Scent story
To me this smells like an Italian summer that never ends. Peach and apricot glow first, juicy and golden, cardamom and cinnamon spicing the air like a market in Palermo. Heliotrope and magnolia drift through the middle, powdery and sun-warmed, while Brazilian rosewood keeps it from getting too innocent. The dry down is vanilla and coconut over sandalwood and cedar — warm skin, cold gelato, the sea somewhere nearby. Pure joy in a bottle. Easy to love, even for beginners.
