Composition
A unisex floral woody musk eau de parfum from Nabeel, launched in 2024. Pineapple, timut pepper, clove, saffron and bergamot open with vibrant spice, damask rose, raspberry, cashmere musk and geranium form the refined heart, and oud, patchouli, styrax, musk, ambergris, blonde woods, guaiac wood and vanilla settle the warm, alluring base.
To me this smells like walking into an old attar shop in Dariba Kalan at dusk, when the shopkeeper unscrews a crystal cut-glass bottle just to let you smell. The first breath is all bazaar — ripe pineapple from a fruit cart outside, Damask rose garlands, a handful of cloves and saffron spilled on the counter. It's loud, golden, almost too much. Then the shop goes quiet and the oud takes over, deep and animalic under the sweetness, with patchouli and ambergris like old wood and sea-salt. Vanilla smooths the edges but never tames it. This is a Friday-night scent, a sherwani scent, the smell of arriving somewhere important. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
