This opens like biting into a stem — wild grasses, green and dry sharp, sappy and thrillingly raw. Then olive wood, dry mediterranean timber arrive, softening the edges and pulling the whole composition inward, closer to the skin. fresh pistachio, green and nutty anchor the base — warm, dark, and utterly sure of themselves.
