To me this smells like candied ginger in a flower shop — peony soft and pink, then ginger, real ginger, warm and sparkling and slightly wild, the candied edge like sugar on the tongue. It is the tomboy of florals. The cedar base is clean and dry, like a wooden crate of flowers at a market stall. Playful, spicy, effortlessly chic — the scent of someone who laughs too loud and gets away with it. Simple, sunny, and completely charming. Beginner-friendly.
