Patchouli 01 is a 2026 unisex Extrait de Parfum from Swiss Arabian in the Heritage Series, created by perfumer Shinichiro Oba. A Modern Fougere built on lavender, grapefruit, pink pepper, bergamot, cardamom, aquatic notes and blackcurrant over pineapple, geranium, mint, elemi, orange blossom and lily of the valley, with a base of patchouli, olibanum, cashmere wood, cistus, vanilla, tonka and oak. Patchouli reimagined as a bright, fresh fougere.
Scent story
Patchouli without the patchouli stereotype. No head-shop earthiness here — instead lavender, grapefruit and an aquatic accord open fresh and modern, with pineapple and mint keeping the heart bright. The patchouli arrives in the base softened by olibanum, vanilla and tonka: smooth, woody, slightly balsamic, never raw. It's the Heritage Series' thesis in a bottle — take a classic note and rebuild it for modern tastes.
