Composition
A resolutely feminine scent: the ravishing scent of peony opens into a round, suave combination of jasmine, rose, peach and coconut, intertwined with the richness of coffee and clove from Java, over sandalwood and vanilla.
To me this smells like the most romantic café in Paris. Peony opens — ravishing, pink, enormous — the flower at its absolute peak. Then it gets interesting: rose and jasmine and peach and coconut swirl together, round and suave, and underneath it all the richness of Javanese coffee and clove — like someone set a perfect espresso down next to the flower vase. Vanilla and sandalwood smooth the base into cream. Floral on top, café underneath. The rare perfume that smells like both the flowers and the coffee date. Beginner-friendly.
