Composition
Launched in 2017 in the Splendida collection, composed by Sophie Labbe. Blackberry and mandarin orange open over Damask rose, with musk, patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver in the base. A fruity rose with a woody-musky drydown.
To me this is a rose garden where someone planted blackberries along the wall — Damask rose first, velvety and romantic, then blackberries bursting dark and juicy through the petals. Mandarin adds a bright citrus lift that keeps it sparkling. Musk, patchouli, sandalwood, and vetiver in the base turn it soft and woody — like the garden at golden hour, petals warm from the sun. It is the most wearable kind of rose: fruity, fresh, and quietly luxurious. Romance without the drama. Beginner-friendly.
