Scent story

To me this smells like a sandalwood forest at dusk, in the part of the forest where the old trees are. Sandalwood, creamy and sacred, everywhere; saffron and nutmeg and ginger, warm spices drifting like evening aartis; gurjan balsam thick and piney as temple oil. Oud rises underneath, dark and animalic, with cedar and white amber and musk — the smell of something ancient and alive. It's woody, warm-spicy, balsamic: a whole forest, a whole tradition, in a bottle. Reverent, and a little wild. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
