Composition
Saggita (2014) is a floral-fresh extrait built around champaca blossom, one of perfumery's richest florals. Citrus and green notes open the scent, a bouquet of white florals fills the heart, and a musky, ambered base with civet and orris anchors it.
Saggita is an ode to champaca, the golden blossom beloved of Indian perfumery: it greets you with yuzu, lemon and green sparkle, then blooms into magnolia, lily of the valley, ylang and jasmine. The dry-down is creamy musk, orris, sandalwood and a whisper of civet under amber. A joyful, sunlit floral — beginners will find it very approachable.
