Scent story

This is a rose garden during a thunderstorm — Turkish rose first, enormous and electric, honey and wine lees adding a dark fermented sweetness, like the air before lightning strikes. Geranium keeps it green and sharp; truffle rises from the wet earth, strange and animalic. Castoreum and patchouli in the base turn it feral — leather, smoke, and dark woods under all those roses. Musk and vetiver try to civilize it, and almost succeed. It smells like nature at its most dramatic: beautiful, violent, and completely alive. Not a polite rose. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
