Scent story

To me this is leather with a lit match held under it. Bergamot and violet open almost sporty, fresh, easy, then birch tar arrives, smoky and tarry like a bonfire, with cedar and dark coffee swirling through Damask rose. Sandalwood, leather and amber in the base keep it warm and heavy. The name says sport; the smoke says otherwise. That birch tar note is the dividing line, some will find it thrilling, others will smell a barbecue. There is no middle ground, which is exactly why it is not a first leather. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
