Composition
Launched in 2014 in the Omnia collection, composed by Alberto Morillas and inspired by India. Mandarin orange, orange and Indian saffron open over osmanthus and Indian tuberose, with woodsy notes and amber in the base. An exotic oriental-floral.
To me this is a garnet held up to the light — mandarin and orange bright as facets, Indian saffron like fire inside the stone. Then osmanthus and Indian tuberose, exotic and creamy, like a flower that only blooms at night. The base is woods and amber, warm and glowing, the stone's setting. It is Bvlgari's love letter to India: spicy, floral, jewel-toned. Exotic without being difficult. Indian tuberose blooms creamy and narcotic at the heart. Indian saffron burns at the heart like a tiny flame. Beginner-friendly.
