To me this smells like an old study that has not been dusted in years — leather armchair cracked with age, a pipe gone cold in the ashtray, dried lavender in a drawer that nobody opens anymore. Wormwood and mint give the opening this strange green bitterness, like absinthe spilled on old wood, and then tobacco and leather take over and simply refuse to leave.
