Composition
White FlowersStar noteLucky is a 2018 La Collection Privée eau de parfum by François Demachy, named after Christian Dior's own lucky charm — the lily of the valley he stitched into his couture hems. A unisex white-floral built on lily-of-the-valley, white flowers and ozonic notes.
Lucky is spring rain in a bottle: dewy lily-of-the-valley, impossibly fresh, with a green-ozonic lift that smells like wet leaves after a downpour. It is transparent and weightless — the opposite of a heavy floral. On Indian skin it is a blessing in humid weather, cooling rather than cloying. But it is also fleeting and quiet; do not expect it to announce you. Beginners who love fresh, clean scents will adore it, though the price stings for something so delicate.
