Composition
Named for frankincense resin: agarwood (oud), Turkish rose, incense, violet leaf and olibanum open over musk, patchouli and sandalwood. A rose-incense fragrance, dry and spiritual, not heavy or stuffy.
To me this smells like frankincense the way it was meant to be burned — in a stone church, in the desert, somewhere the air is thin and holy. Agarwood oud and Turkish rose open together, the rose darkening the smoke, the smoke lifting the rose. Incense and olibanum rise dry and resinous — not heavy, not stuffy, just pure and ascending — with violet leaf adding a cool green breath. Musk, patchouli and sandalwood ground it like stone underfoot. Named for the resin itself. It smells like prayer made physical: dry, spiritual, and strangely comforting. Beginner-friendly.
