Composition
L'Eau des Hesperides is a unisex eau de toilette launched by Diptyque in 2008, composed by Olivier Pescheux and named after the mythological garden of the Hesperides. A green, sparkling citrus aromatic: bitter orange, mandarin, lemon, petitgrain and herbs over mint and floral notes, grounded by immortelle, musk and cedar. Note: the 2025 Dream Summer Garden Edition is a separate limited release of the same juice.
A burst of bitter orange and lemon with crushed green herbs — like walking through a citrus orchard at noon — cooled by mint and a peppery rosemary edge. The drydown turns golden and soft with immortelle's honeyed warmth on clean musk and cedar. It is made for Indian summers: fresh, natural, invigorating, gone too soon but lovely while it lasts. A very easy, beginner-friendly fresh scent; just don't expect big longevity from an eau de toilette this airy.
