This smells like a rose garden at dusk with smoke on the wind: Bulgarian rose deep and velvety, saffron glowing amber around it, and oud rising underneath like something ancient waking up. The pear and raspberry at the start are a beautiful lie; this gets dark fast. It is opulent and a little dangerous, like luxury with a past. Mesmerising. Not for beginners - the oud-rose is intense.
