The name means the delicious bean, and that's exactly what you get — warm, golden vanilla folded through amber, like the inside of a patisserie just before opening. It's soft and powdery, the kind of sweetness that feels like a cashmere blanket rather than candy. François Demachy built this one to be comfort, not spectacle. To me it smells like standing in a bakery doorway on a cold morning, breathing in, and deciding to stay a while. Easy to love, even for beginners.
