Composition
The fourth member of the Versus 'Time for...' quartet, Versus Time to Relax is a Floral Green fragrance built around freesia, apple blossom and hawthorn. The heart is an unusual creamy avocado, while the base rests on Virginia cedar, sandalwood and amber. It was offered as a 125 ml EDT in the collection's green transparent bottle.
To me this smells like a lazy Sunday in a garden that nobody is in a hurry to leave. Freesia, apple blossom, and hawthorn open green and delicate — that soft, watery floral of early summer — and then the heart does something quietly strange: creamy avocado, smooth and green, like the world's most relaxed fruit. It shouldn't work and it does. Virginia cedar, sandalwood, and amber in the base keep it soft and woody and calm. It is the fourth member of the Time quartet and the gentlest — a floral-green exhale. Wear it when the plan is no plan. Beginner-friendly.
