To me it smells like walking along Marine Drive in Mumbai at dusk. Bergamot and grapefruit cut through the warm air like sea spray, with fig leaf green and fresh, and then this deep, magnetic base of ambroxan, black pepper and patchouli — the incense from a roadside flower stall mixing with tonka and saffron warmth. It is Mediterranean in spirit but it belongs to any big city at night. Confident, sensual, and built to be noticed without ever shouting. Easy to love, even for beginners.
