Composition
Southern Bloom is a floral unisex eau de parfum created by Francois Merle-Baudoin and Hamid Merati-Kashani, released as a 2018 limited edition. It celebrates the little-known Australian Spring in September with Brown Boronia absolute from Tasmania, one of the most expensive perfume materials in the world at about 10,000 dollars per kilo. Opulent, creamy and exotic: cassis and mandarin over boronia, coconut, iris, ylang ylang and jasmine sambac, on sandalwood, amber and vetiver.

Independence note: “House claims X%” is the brand’s own marketing. “Scentarchy lab” scores are currently estimates from note overlap and community signals — no blind-panel tests completed yet. Dupes are listed under their own names; “inspired by” lines are editorial, not affiliation. Methodology →
