Scent story
I picture embers in a brass brazier — Calabrian bergamot, radiant citrus and pepper, sharp and dry smouldering with quiet intensity. After the bright opening, Sichuan pepper, electric and numbing, lavender, clean and calming, pink pepper, rosy and sparkling, geranium, rosy-green and sharp and vetiver, green and earthy take over, and everything grows warmer and more rounded. It feels like the lights dimming to a golden glow. Ambroxan, salty-sweet amberwood, dry cedar, pencil-shaving woods and labdanum, dark ambery resin anchor the base — warm, dark, and utterly sure of themselves. This one does not ask for attention; it simply deserves it. Beginner-friendly — soft, sweet, and impossible to dislike.
