Composition
Davidoff's 2019 Eau de Toilette for men, an aromatic-spicy composition by Alexandra Carlin and Pierre-Constantin Guéros. Ginger and cinnamon open over a lavender heart, drying down to fir resin and tonka bean.
Warm cinnamon and zingy ginger fire off the opening — spicy, energetic, a little wild as the name promises. Lavender cools the middle into something aromatic and clean, like a breeze through pine trees. The base of fir resin and tonka bean is soft, green and faintly sweet, grounding the spice in forest-floor earthiness. A great pick for Indian winters and cool monsoon days; the spice can feel loud in peak summer. Easy for beginners to enjoy, though performance is on the lighter side.
