Composition
The 2014 'nocturnal' Eau de Toilette flanker of the 1988 Cool Water, reinterpreting its aquatic character through chilly ocean nights. Mint, sea notes, pistachio and mastic open over a tobacco, cashmeran, black pepper and sage heart, with amber, suede, woods and musk in the base.
Cold mint and sea spray crash in first, with a curious green nuttiness from pistachio wood and mastic that sets it apart from every other aquatic. The heart turns darker and more magnetic — tobacco leaf and cashmeran wrapped in black pepper and sage, smooth and evening-ready. It dries down to warm amber, soft suede and clean musk over woods. Unlike its daytime siblings, this one is made for Indian monsoon evenings and nights out. Approachable for beginners who want an aquatic with actual character after dark.
