Scent story
Rose 31 is a rose with dirt under its fingernails — Grasse rose sharpened by cumin, frankincense and dry woods, masculine and mysterious. To me it smells like a florist's back room at closing time: roses everywhere, but also the green stems, the damp concrete floor, the warm wood of the crates. It is not a pretty rose — it is an interesting rose. Spicy, woody, a little animalic, completely magnetic. The kind of scent artists and architects wear. Beginners can try this one — an unconventional rose, but a very wearable one.
