Composition
A darker, nocturnal reading of the 1992 Pasha classic by Nathalie Feisthauer. Crisp mint, citrus and pepper open onto heliotrope and violet over a smooth base of cedar, iris, amber and cloves.
To me this is a festival night — Mint, icy and green, sparkling citruses, water notes, cool and clear and pepper, sharp and dry electric, warm and a little dangerous. After the bright opening, Heliotrope, powdery and sweet-floral, violet, powdery and sweet and green notes, crisp and leafy take over, and everything grows warmer and more rounded. It feels like the lights dimming to a golden glow. The aromatic character never leaves — it is the quiet backbone of the scent. Dry cedar, pencil-shaving woods, iris, powdery and cool, golden amber, warm and glowing and cloves, dark and piercing anchor the base — warm, dark, and utterly sure of themselves. It smells like arriving exactly where you meant to be. Beginner-friendly — instantly wearable.
