Palatine is a floral-woody-musk eau de parfum for women, launched in 2024. It opens with pear, bergamot, mandarin and peach, develops violet, a floral bouquet and lavender in the heart, and settles into musk, sandalwood, vanilla and patchouli.
Scent story
To me this smells like a patisserie in Paris that also sells silk — pear, peach and mandarin glowing golden and juicy up top, soft as candlelight. The fruits glow golden and ripe, like peaches warmed in a paper bag on a sunny windowsill. Violet, lavender and a whole bouquet of flowers turn it powdery and dreamy, and the base of musk, sandalwood and vanilla is like sinking into the softest armchair. Feminine, plush, utterly comfortable. The scent equivalent of being looked after. Patchouli whispers underneath, earthy and dark, keeping the sweetness from floating away. Beginner-friendly.
