L'Heure Exquise (2018) is a 2nd Collection amber floral extrait -- 'the exquisite hour': a Paris café at dusk on the Seine. Cardamom, bergamot and neroli open it; champaca, cacao, clove, jasmines, myrrh, nagarmotha, camphor and cedar form the heart; tolu balsam, ambergris, Indonesian and Vietnamese ouds and styrax ground the base.

L'Heure Exquise is dusk in a cup: cardamom-citrus giving way to a whirlpool of cocoa, clove and myrrh, then exotic champaca and jasmine over warming oud and balsams. Romantic, dusky, quietly opulent.
