Composition
Launched in 2021 in the Le Gemme Men collection. Saffron and bergamot open over green tea and cedar, with leather, beeswax and woody notes in the base. An amber-woody scent inspired by saffron.
To me this smells like a saffron merchant's counting room in old Srinagar — saffron staining everything gold, bergamot bright as the morning light through the shutters, green tea steaming in a chipped cup. Then the leather: dark, animalic, the smell of money that's been handled too long. Beeswax softens it, honeyed and ancient, like candles in a shrine, and the woods stretch it into something vast and dry. There's a wildness under the luxury here — the animalic hum that no amount of Bvlgari polish can fully tame. Precious, but with teeth. Not for beginners — beginners stay away.
