The third release in the Jeans Couture line, created in 2003 by Francis Kurkdjian, Jeans Couture Glam is a sweet Floral Woody Musk. Aldehydes, pink pepper and petitgrain open with freshness, the heart of fuchsia, butterfly orchid and rose is intensely floral, and cedar, musk and amber create a warm, musky trail.
Scent story
To me this smells like a 2003 fashion week afterparty — aldehydes and pink pepper sparking at the door, petitgrain keeping it fresh, and then fuchsia, butterfly orchid and rose blooming extravagant and unapologetic in the middle. Cedar, musk and amber warm the base like a good sound system. Francis Kurkdjian made a sweet floral woody musk here that is pure Y2K glamour: bright, floral, and a little bit fabulous. Aldehydes lift the whole thing like helium — bright, fizzy, airborne. Beginner-friendly.
